Clutter is negatively impacting your home and life. Things feels and look chaotic, and stress levels are rising. It's difficult to function, to find items, and to do housework and daily tasks.
Medium

A cluttered small garage has shelving on each side, a sideways table, some tools and other items in view

Clutter has some impact on your home and quality of life. There are some frustrations finding things and keeping your house and stuff under control.
Low

These questions were developed by the Institute for Challenging Disorganization (ICD), and have been used in several studies linking decluttering and organising to higher levels of function and well-being.
